I’m pleased to announce that the Government last week confirmed its allocation of £2.5m to Derbyshire County Council to fill 46,000 potholes across the county.
I know from speaking to constituents that many of them are concerned about the number of potholes in the roads in Amber Valley. They are simply a nuisance to drivers.
I’m very pleased that the Government has allocated this money, and I will pressure the County Council to ensure that Amber Valley gets its fair share of the funding.
